Agbar Shared Services originates at the end of 2003, as a result of the integration of the Departments of Shared Services and Corporate Supply and Logistics of the Agbar Group. Throughout 2004, new units coming from different sectors of the Group join the project, thus leading to a wide offer of services aimed at satisfying its customer's needs and in which capturing savings and obtaining synergies are a priority.

ASERCO and its investee company, COMAGUA, currently provide services in the following areas

Supply chain services: purchases of general services (fleets, travel, office automation) and supply of hydraulic and microcomputing material to building work or warehouse.

Information and telecommunications systems: CPD's management, evolutive and corrective maintenance, development of projects, management of electronic mail, data and voice network, support to end users, etc.

Remote control systems: installation and maintenance of systems to regulate and control hydraulic facilities.

Specialized services: operational management of work centres, definition, management and execution of projects for new construction, refurbishment and interior decoration, and various customized services for Group companies.
