Foundational Objectives

Agbar Foundation, Centre for Environmental Studies and Research, was constituted in 1998 as an evolution of the Studies, Research and Water Applications Centre, founded in 1961.

Its main objectives are the promotion of sustainable development and the improvement of human living standards. Agbar Foundation is in the service of the Agbar Group companies through their coordination, integration and representation in the fields of R&D&i, knowledge management and the dissemination and encouragement of sustainable development.
