Shareholder structure

The shares of Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A. were delisted as of 1 June 2010, once the settlement of the delisting tender offer launched by the Company itself had been carried out.

A public deed was granted for the reduction of share capital on 1 June 2010, through the redemption of the shares acquired by the Company itself in the delisting tender offer. The share capital amounts to €135,984,413, fully subscribed and paid up. It is formed by 135,984,413 shares, each with a face value of one euro, represented by book entries.
